By Christmas Eve, youβll have rebuilt:

No filters. No excuses.
Just raw accountability.
π₯ DAILY TASKS
1 πΈ Daily progress picture β flexing allowed. Be real, be proud.
2 π« No snooze. Sleeping in is fine β snoozing isnβt.
3 π΅ No screens for 30 min after waking and 30 min before bed.
4 π Read 10 pages of non-fiction every day.5
5 βοΈ 2 minutes of cold exposure β shower, ice bath, or sit in the cold.
6 π§ Drink 3 liters of water daily.
7 π¬οΈ Do max 10 box breaths before bed (5 sec in / 5 sec out).
8 π₯© Follow your diet perfectly. Whole foods only β no cheat meals.
9 π« No porn. No gaming. No masturbation. No alcohol.
10π£ 10,000 steps per day.
11πͺ 3Γ 2-minute micro-workouts during the day.
12ποΈ Follow your training plan perfectly.

You must do every single task every day.
Miss or skip one thing = restart from day 1.
If youβre unsure whether something counts β ask me.
Be brutally honest with yourself.
Motivate others by sharing your story β even when you fail.
Iβll do it myself and share it all too.
Then we go all in β together.
Discipline over comfort.
Growth over excuses.
Mindset over everything.
