  • 4 πŸ“š Read 10 pages of non-fiction every day.5

  • 5 ❄️ 2 minutes of cold exposure β€” shower, ice bath, or sit in the cold.

  • 6 πŸ’§ Drink 3 liters of water daily.

  • 7 🌬️ Do max 10 box breaths before bed (5 sec in / 5 sec out).

  • 8 πŸ₯© Follow your diet perfectly. Whole foods only β€” no cheat meals.

  • 9 🚫 No porn. No gaming. No masturbation. No alcohol.

  • 10πŸ‘£ 10,000 steps per day.
